With over 20 years of experience under his belt as the Founder CEO of UBench, Peter is very eager to share his insights with fellow business leaders and entrepreneurs. The early years at UBench were not without challenges. However, once they gained momentum, customers praised him for having a visionary perspective on the market.
UBench is an accident management platform for fleet, sold to BASF in 2019.
Peter takes pride in thinking differently. As a graduated philosopher he developed a framework of unconventional thinking as the cornerstone of his support to entrepreneurs.
International Insurances
Throughout his career, Jacob Westerlaken has held different specialist and managerial positions in the insurance sector. Among others, he was a member of management boards of various insurance companies, such as Adriatic Slovenica, Oospostrakh and Fortis Insurance International. He has also held managerial positions in the asset management sectors. Mr. Westerlaken is a graduate in mathematical sciences of the Delft University and obtained his Master's degree in actuarial sciences from the University of Amsterdam. Mr. Westerlaken is an active member of the global economic community and was a member of various business associations.

Willem brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. After completing his law degree in Leiden, he continued the family business, De Keyzer Zekerheid (DKZ), until its sale in 2021. His philosophy focuses on understanding clients' needs regarding risks and opportunities, creating sustainable solutions that truly address their concerns. This mindset aligns seamlessly with FLINZ's vision.

Erik's vision is rooted in creating a connected and intelligent mobility world, where data is central to enhancing transport and logistics. Under his leadership, Crossyn has developed advanced telematics and big data solutions. These solutions help businesses and consumers use their vehicles more efficiently and safely, leading to cost savings and improved sustainability.
